- Bajra flour
- Jowar flour
- Paneer (grated)
- Spinach (boiled and pureed)
- Water
- Ghee or oil
- Salt
How To:
- Mix all the ingredients to make a soft dough.
- Now use the dough to make rotis. You can use a little ghee or oil while cooking to enhance its taste.
